What these terms cover

These terms cover our website plans: Starter, Pro and VIP. They’re between you and Ibiz Consulting Ltd (company number 10886381). If we’ve agreed anything different with you in writing, what we agreed in writing applies.

Our other services, such as Google Ads, SEO, social media and branding, are priced to your business and agreed with you separately.

The plans and what they cost

Starter
£159 a month: up to 6 pages and 2 updates a month
Pro
£299 a month: up to 16 pages and 5 updates a month
VIP
From £799 a month: up to 40 pages and unlimited updates

Every price includes VAT. You pay monthly. The VIP price depends on the size of the site and what it needs to do, and we agree the figure with you before we start.

What counts as an update

An update is any change you ask us to make to your website: new words, a new photo, a new page, a new offer or a change to the layout.

Starter includes 2 updates a month, Pro includes 5 a month, and VIP has no limit. To ask for one, call or email us.

How long a plan runs, and how to leave

Every plan has a minimum term of 9 months.

After the 9 months, your plan carries on month to month. You can end it at any time after that by giving us 2 months’ notice by email. Your plan, and its monthly payments, carry on until the notice ends.

Who owns what

What’s yours stays yours:

  • your domain (your website’s address)
  • your email
  • everything you give us, such as your words, photos and logo

The website itself is provided as part of your plan: we build it, host it and change it for you while the plan runs.

When a plan ends

You take your domain, your email and everything you gave us with you, and we’ll pass on what you need to move them. The website itself is part of the plan, so it stays with the plan when it ends.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. A change never lengthens the notice you give us to leave, and never adds to a minimum term you’ve already started.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
