Co-founder and Creative Director
Designer. Strategist. Educator. Helen’s career spans from creative director of official publications for the 1995 Rugby World Cup, working alongside Nelson Mandela, to creative work for McKinsey, Marks & Spencer, Lloyd’s, De Beers, GXCA and many more. She leads strategic communications, branding and social media for our clients, and sits on the boards of several organisations, including charities championing community and education. At Ibiz, she turns decades of experience and creative instinct into brands people remember.
John-Alex Yannoulias
Co-founder and Technical Director
Engineer. Founder. Entrepreneur. From Lenus, a global health-tech scale-up, to co-founding ventures at Bifrost Studios’ venture arm, in recruitment SaaS, sales automation and e-commerce. John-Alex takes ideas from the first line of code to paying customers, then builds the teams that scale them. At Ibiz he brings the same founder mindset to every client build.
