B.T.O. SOCIETY.
The University of Birmingham Trauma and Orthopaedics Society (BTO) is a group of medical students who are passionate about all things to do with Trauma and Orthopaedics. Their goal is to share and spread their enthusiasm with medical students, whilst equipping all aspiring Orthopaedic Surgeons with useful information and tools.

As the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons, this society believes that it is their collective responsibility to ensure that all students remain well informed of the challenges that lie ahead. To support, the BTO deliver conferences, talks and teaching sessions aimed at medical students of all levels.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT.
From the initial briefing session to the research of the specialism and investigation of the target audience, Ibiz worked closely with the BTO team to design an identity that is relevant, memorable, appropriate, and representative of the society. The result is an emblematical logo that reflects what the society stands for – both academically and professionally.

PRINT SOLUTIONS.
We designed and printed a range of print solutions for the BTO. These included a complete range of print solutions for delegates attending the annual symposium and an assortment of merchandising solutions and giveaways such as t-shirts, bags and mugs.

ON LOCATION PHOTO RESOURCES.
Ibiz managed and directed a photoshoot capturing a wide-ranging and valuable record of the symposium event. The aim was to create a bank of still and video resources for use in future marketing and communication initiatives.

EVENT MANAGEMENT.
The team at Ibiz Consulting worked closely with the senior members of the society at the time to organise the annual symposium event. This involved a variety of tasks; such as contacting inspirational & experienced surgeons to deliver talks and also organising workshops were the latest surgical VR technology could showcased to the students.
